As a human-centered design and systems-thinking consultant for nonprofits and ministries across Hawai‘i, I help leaders navigate complex challenges with clarity, creativity, and faith.

In my twenties, I was a rebellious adventurer, traveling to over thirty countries and connecting with local cultures. A life-changing prodigal encounter with Christ in my thirties brought my purpose into focus—to build Kingdom-minded systems that restore dignity, equity, and resilience.

For more than two decades, I’ve served across Hawai‘i’s nonprofit and public sectors: writing grants at Lanakila Pacific, authoring the state’s largest inter-agency Employment First agreement, and leading healthcare workforce initiatives at the Hawai‘i Technology Institute. I now serve as Community Director of Partnerships and Outreach at King’s O‘ahu, where our partnership with the Hawai‘i Foodbank has supported over 80,000 families since 2020.

Join me in embracing hope as we equip others with practical tools and spiritual insight to steward their God-given purpose with excellence.
